The Counselling Centre at Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU) is a dedicated facility under the student welfare department to support the mental health and emotional well-being of its students and staff. These services have been a core part of its Health and Wellness initiatives since January 2026.
Services Provided:
- Individual sessions (one-on-one sessions)
- Group sessions and interactions
- Workshops and activities
Location: Counselling centre, Near Mess 2, RGNAU Hostel.
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Ms. Rachel is a Counselling Psychologist with more than 5 years of experience. She has worked with the Indian Air Force for 4 years, along with her private practice and digital platforms providing therapy sessions. She has also contributed to de-addiction centres and collaborated on projects with Accenture and Google. She is UGC-NET qualified and trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Queer-Affirmative Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Therapy. She actively promotes mental health awareness through blogs, workshops, and group sessions. Her approach is empathetic, compassionate, and culturally sensitive, helping individuals achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.
